I have a special knack for working with Buyers...lots of patience to show them all of the possibilities. I realize that the more knowledgeable the Buyer has about the market, the more satisfied the Buyer will be and that leads to referrals which is the mainstay of my business.

I specialize in Beach area homes/condos & golf course properties of all kinds. I was a member of the on-site team at Jonathan's Landing Golf & Country Club in Jupiter for more than 15 years and am a member of Jonathan's Landing Golf Club.

I also sell at all the area golf clubs and have many satisfied customers willing to provide references, as requested. I have been a member of several area golf clubs and have played most every course in the area.

I lived and boated on the Intracoastal Waterway and can offer boating advice in the area.

Professional Experience: I have been licensed in the State of Florida since 1973. I have worked this area for the past 30+ years. Consistently in the Multi-Million Dollar Club, I was in the top 10 agents for single production for Illustrated Properties for 2002 and since then had consistently been one of their most productive agents. I was privileged to be included in the TOP 40 agents for the company in July 2017 & in 2019 was selected to the Esteemed President's Council.
